About KOZMAG
Cosmetic equipment solutions built around your production needs.
KOZMAG is SaintyCo’s specialized brand for cosmetic processing and packaging equipment. We supply equipment for cosmetics, skincare and personal care production, from individual machines to line upgrades and new production setups.
Your equipment selection, configuration discussions, project technical questions and after-sales requests go through KOZMAG. We connect the product, process and packaging requirements with the equipment scope.
The SaintyCo background
Sainty International Group was established in 1998, the year SaintyCo began its international trade and machinery business. KOZMAG builds on that machinery background with a dedicated focus on cosmetic processing and packaging equipment.
Equipment across your production process
Our equipment scope covers preparation, processing, filling and packaging, together with water treatment, cleaning and material handling.
Explore our equipmentProcessing
Vacuum emulsifying mixers, high-shear and inline homogenizers, liquid mixing equipment, and stainless-steel mixing and storage tanks.
Filling and packaging
Liquid, cream and lotion filling, tube filling and sealing, capping, induction sealing, labeling, cartoning and film wrapping.
Water treatment and cleaning
RO water treatment, water storage, transfer, filtration and CIP cleaning equipment.
Specialist applications
Equipment options for color cosmetics, perfume, facial masks and other packaging formats, selected around the product and process requirements.
Manufacturing and engineering capabilities
The equipment scope brings together stainless-steel fabrication, mechanical machining and assembly. Mixing systems, controls and process connections complete the configuration for the production task.
Vessel fabrication and finishing
Capabilities cover vessel forming, welding, polishing and assembly. Jackets, coils, insulation, process ports and discharge arrangements shape how a tank is heated, cooled, cleaned, connected and emptied.
CNC machining and equipment assembly
Mechanical component manufacture and CNC machining support equipment assembly. Components and drive arrangements are matched to the machine structure and intended operating conditions.
Mixing, temperature and control configurations
Scraper mixing, high-shear homogenizing, vacuum feeding and deaeration can be selected for different products. Heating, cooling, PLC/HMI controls and variable-speed functions depend on the chosen equipment and process.
Layout and process connections
We review working volume, access, lifting arrangements and headroom alongside site utilities. Water treatment, storage, transfer, filling and packaging interfaces are included in the equipment discussion.
Equipment layouts and installations
Equipment has to fit the production space as well as the process. These views show how vessels, platforms, controls and pipework come together in an equipment layout.
Multi-vessel processing layout
A shared platform brings several processing vessels into one production area. Stairs, controls and operating positions form part of the arrangement.
For a new line or an upgrade, equipment positioning needs to account for transfer routes, utility connections and working access. These are part of the layout discussion through KOZMAG.
Three-vessel mixing arrangement
Grouped preparation and mixing vessels show the relationship between the working platform, controls and equipment access.
Vessel and platform installation
The assembly view highlights installation space, lifting access and the sequence for bringing vessels and supporting structures together.
Tank and process-piping layout
Tank placement and overhead pipe routes need to leave practical space for operation, cleaning and maintenance.
Quality control and equipment conformity
Quality requirements belong in the equipment specification. Materials, fabrication checks, acceptance criteria and the applicable documentation are reviewed for the selected machine and process.
Materials and cleaning provisions
Product-contact materials, surface finish, sanitary connections and cleaning access are specified for the product. Cleaning sprays and CIP connections are included where applicable.
Fabrication and inspection
Pressure-equipment capabilities include welding procedure qualification, non-destructive inspection, metrology and hydrostatic testing. The inspection scope depends on the vessel and project.
Equipment-specific records
Configuration records, operating information and acceptance criteria accompany the equipment discussion. Pre-shipment testing and test-video review follow the agreed project scope.
Certificates of Conformity
The document collection covers mixing, filling, sealing, labeling, water treatment and packaging equipment. Each certificate relates to the holder, equipment models and scope stated in that document. Select an image to view the full document.
From your requirement to delivery and support
Start with the product, the production task and the equipment you already have. KOZMAG provides one point of contact as the project moves from selection to technical questions and after-sales support.
One production step
Share the process step, product, packaging format and target output so we can discuss the individual machine and configuration.
An existing line upgrade
Bring the current equipment, bottleneck, interfaces and space limits into the equipment discussion.
A new production line
Start with your product range, production targets and plant conditions to define the proposed production flow.
-
Step 1
Requirements
Product characteristics, packaging samples or drawings, target output and site utilities.
-
Step 2
Configuration and quotation
Equipment selection, configuration options and layout requirements for the proposal.
-
Step 3
Production and testing
Manufacturing details, agreed checks and test-video review for the selected equipment.
-
Step 4
Packing and shipping
Export packing and shipping documents for the agreed delivery arrangement.
-
Step 5
Installation and support
Installation guidance, operator training, spare parts and ongoing technical questions.
Installation and training
Your team can install the equipment with remote guidance. On-site installation and commissioning are available at additional cost. Operator training is provided by video call or during on-site installation.
Warranty and spare parts
The warranty is two years, excluding wear parts such as seals and gaskets. Further spare-parts requirements and ongoing technical questions go through KOZMAG.
Tell us what you plan to produce
Share your product, packaging format and target output, along with any existing equipment or site constraints. We can use those details to discuss equipment options and the project scope.
